Post covid we are back out an about working with our local communities.

Now that the restrictions have been lifted and we are all getting back to normal we are finally out and about with our local community groups.

Recently, we spent some time at the North Harrow Community Library with the ladies knitting circle. We had a lively discussion on all things bowel screening and received great feedback on the work we do.

An interesting question was why do you stop receiving the home testing kit at the age of 74? They were interested to hear you can still self refer into the programme by calling 0800 707 60 60 and they will send you a home testing kit.

Last month, we joined the Brent Health Road Show at The Lewison Centre in Willesden Green.

It was a lively day hosted by the amazing local radio talkshow host, Blaze. The event covered women's health with many different stalls and presenters. A big shout out for the amazing catering staff who prepared such lovely food!
